At ActiveFitGear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 30-day free return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible unless defective.

How to Return:

1. Contact our support team at support@activefitgear.space with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to reflect the transaction.
